So, level with me. What is the tea culture in Sydney? Is its importance fully recognised? Does everywhere provide it as matter of course?

Tea culture is fine, depends what you like. But ultimately Sydney is coffee mad. Some of the best coffee in the world though

There is only one tea! And I require topping up with it every 20 minutes or so. ;-)

No, no, no. I don't like builders tea, but I love Earl Grey tea. We'll make appropriate amounts are available. @njenfield

As a uk expat it’s clear to me that the UK no longer has a tea culture. We’re headed to an international convergence somewhere unsatisfying.

There is an evil mind virus which leads ppl to suppose that tea made with merely hot water is ok. It’s long since infected the old country.

My rule of international tea consumption has long been: treat hottish tea flavored water as a separate beverage, and never put milk in it.
