Tea culture is fine, depends what you like. But ultimately Sydney is coffee mad. Some of the best coffee in the world though

As a uk expat it’s clear to me that the UK no longer has a tea culture. We’re headed to an international convergence somewhere unsatisfying.

There is an evil mind virus which leads ppl to suppose that tea made with merely hot water is ok. It’s long since infected the old country.

My rule of international tea consumption has long been: treat hottish tea flavored water as a separate beverage, and never put milk in it.
