When jobs require physical strength, they're dominated by men, yes. But usually the top jobs require brain rather than brawn.

But men probably are more likely to seek positions of power in government, business etc. Certainly looks that way. Women less interested.

Sure, that's why more of them are. But this isn't patriarchy coz society is not set up to ensure this & there are women in those roles too.

Women dominate healthcare & education which have great influence over how society feels & thinks but men have access to this too.
