So, I often find that ppl who like me criticising religion don't like me criticising PoMo or vice versa.
But it really means 'I don't think you should criticise this ideology because I see different ones as more worthy of criticism'

But that is a valid argument. 'Why criticise ideologies?' isn't unless you genuinely mean that about all of them.

Ok. My point was that as long as they don't agree with your suggested classification, they can continue to live without contradictions.

But it's not my classification. It's theirs. If they qualify it to 'Don't criticise some ideas because...' inconsistency disappears.
