Is it at all possible that a claim can be wrong of one group but right of another because of demonstrable differences between those groups?

Anything is possible. But to deny a demographic equal access to legal rights, I need better arguments.

What do you think should be the benchmark for having adult responsibilities? My 13 yr old could not function mentally as an adult.
