This is the problem with crimes which take place without witnesses and leave no evidence which a lot of rape cases are. :(

1. No. False allegations are rare. 2. In the way of almost all human history. 3. If untrue, all cases would be dealt with by the law.

How do you know this? If a jury with all the information could not be sure those they acquit are guilty, how have you determined they are?

I think most rape cases that end up in court end up in conviction? (There’s just so few)I think Adrian may be referring to accusation only?
