You're trying to make a point about 'inherently predatory' versus 'socialised predatory'. I think that social influences are extremely pernicious currently - so while all boys are not inherently predatory - especially during teen years
No, it's not! Very significant. Can't have an expectation that men will be the approachers & a view that unwanted approaches are abusive.

Hi - you're pretty. If someone says thank you and stays silent-move on, no harm done. If a woman complains about THAT, that's unreasonable. If she is interested she will say more or smile more etc etc.
