Obviously, this makes the problem impossible to address. We can address systems which facilitate sexual predation & criminal behaviours.

By making 'men' the problem, we ensure that we cannot decrease the problem. So it is counterproductive as well as unjust & vilely prejudiced

Men have a greater propensity to such crimes than women. When men are abusive & criminal, it is much more likely to manifest this way.
