Yeah, that last quote is from there. It's troubling because the aspect of postmodernism we need to tackle most is the subjective truth bit.

1) Don't understand 1. 2) I just pasted a thing of him disagreeing with Freud. 3) They are if we want them to be true & represent reality.

If you don't want ur truth to contain facts but just to feel good, then we at least now what you're talking abt but it's the current problem

Second definition of Truth "that which is true or in accordance with fact or reality." ... this is why we can't have nice things!

If Jordan wants to have one box containing Facts, and another containing "New Truth" I'm fine with that, but he can't redefine Truth

He must be allowed to, of course, but we must keep reminding people what he's actually talking abt is not facts. It's feel-good narratives.
