The nature versus nurture argument is pretty pronounced in the general debate. Is it genetic predisposition or conditioning?

Language differences? They're pretty clearly innate. Much neuroscience on this & also observable in related dyslexia & autism differences.

As well as pancultural differences in the age when children start speaking & how they develop & communication priorities in other apes.

And also measuring the differences experienced by trans men & trans women as they take hormones to change their oestrogen levels.

I really think we need to include this stuff in our conversations abt why women dominate education, healthcare, psychology, publishing.

But people fear it will lead to arguments they should stay there & leave STEM for men. This can be refuted both factually & ethically tho

Yeah but if science shows women are simply more advanced in verbal skills but about the same in STEM, then we've been doing this all wrong.
