Serious question, tweeps. I'm open to the possibility that men thinking women intellectually inferior not uncommon. Why don't *I* see it?https://twitter.com/nevynxxx/status/912625196204478464 …
You do? And do you see much of women thinking men incapable of grasping things? Or is mostly a male thing?

It’s mostly men thinking yes she’s smart but not enough to lead a team or handle a crisis or lead an investors meeting. It’s a doubt aimed
-
More at women’s emotional stability and toughness than intelligence.
-
The women you see who end up leading are the hardest women. The “nice” ones stay pretty much in the same position.
-
And is this not the case for men? Can softies get leadership positions if they're male?
-
In comparison, yes. A man who is rather “chill”, is more likely to get a team lead position.
-
Still perceived as more assertive and capable even tho he's as soft as women being deemed unsuitable. OK. Thanks. Interesting.
-
The word soft is weird but I’d say I’m pretty soft with people but tough on the job. It’s not always welcome in this industry.
