Judging people in what context though? For eg, a Hindu/Sikh & a Muslim will look identical. Culture & religion is what defines them

Yes. Nevertheless, we don't judge people by them. Consistently. Not just when it comes to minority groups & eg crime stats.

The issue with integrating outsiders has nothing to do with race. It's about culture and ideology. Conflating the two doesn't help.
