Is that the case? I saw Trump voters broken down to a lot of working class ppl but I admit, I don't know what proportion usually vote Rep.

But this is irrelevant anyway. It matters less who is voting right and more why they're not voting left & identity politics is a factor.

It has yes but it's been doing that since Thatcher not since id pol. Obviously id pol a contributing factor but it's not only salient one.
