New exercise programme. Results in falling over a lot. I can only hope picking myself up from the floor 100 Xs tones muscle & burns calories
Well, that was a complete waste of time & now I feel more frustrated & more disabled than I ever have. Oh well, doesn't matter.

I can walk, run, cycle - things its actually useful to be able to do. Might just have to accept I can't stand on 1 leg or lean over sideways

If you haven't already I highly recommend hiit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-intensity_interval_training …, easy and efficient. Its not a waste of time if it's only 4 minutes.
