New exercise programme. Results in falling over a lot. I can only hope picking myself up from the floor 100 Xs tones muscle & burns calories

I don't know how deliberate your falling is, but in my HIIT classes 'get ups' and 'get ups and jump-overs' are a normal thing.

Not at all deliberate. Balance issues. But that is good! It is a recognised exercise! Just not the one I'm meant to be doing.
