The universe doesn't care about much of anything... Evolution doesn't care about truth, only heuristic approximations that are good enough.

We ought to value truth because it is true, not because it is beautiful or useful, though it is often both these things too!

Well, yes. I really do believe humanism is best for humanity. Someone else really does believe Sharia is.

Yes. Without pain and pleasure there is no good or bad. Without consciousness there are no values, just blind, selfish genes.

So we are limited to consistencies of human nature & experience. If you call that objective moral truth, I agree it exists.
