How culture responds to violence. We will never change the fact that men commit more violence than women. We can only mitigate it & protect

We've reduced violence hugely by social changes etc but there will always be psychopaths & people who defy societal norms.

Obviously, there'll always be crime. But I think these things are relevant when looking at particular cases as well. 1/2
