        Dunno. I like concept ok. Unconscious bias often causes many of us 40+ to discount women's abilities. Prob seems on decline, but still there

        Reality: ppl tend to look to folks they know & like/relate to when seeking out "expert opinion." Often, those folks are v similar to selves
