I was reading straight from the text they were arguing about. THEY couldn't even agree, but I had the rules right in front of my face.

Obviously, I cannot judge. It's possible for one person to be right & everyone else in the room to be wrong.

But it's also very common for people to think this is the case & for feminists to read assertive disagreement as sexism.

Not as common as it seems, but it happens. More common for people to get defensive & think of arguments, instead of what is being said.
