Do you really question domestic violence and how many women get beat up by their significant other daily? Someone is sheltered.

Not at all. Why would you think I did? Men commit 60% of DV, I know, & because of their strength can do more harm.

Why would I think that? You asked a woman who said she doesn't correct a man for self preservation "where the hell do you live?"

Because this is not a norm. Abusive men are a minority & there is much support to escape them. Much less for men.

Where the hell do you live? Have you any experience escaping DV or working with people involved in DV? There are few shelter beds available

And abusive men control the money so those women can't just leave without any money. They also find them and hurt/kill them for running.

DV is bad male or female, but don't try to compare the two, or discount DV against women. Do you research, visit shelters.

I don't think its violence against women we're in danger of discounting. Taken so much more seriously.

Individuals can be, yes. But we are talking about societal norms not ppl with misfortune to encounter a violent criminal acting against them
