Not at all. Why would you think I did? Men commit 60% of DV, I know, & because of their strength can do more harm.

However, society does not condone this, punishes violence against women by men much more harshly, has numerous shelters only for women.

I'm a mental health professional in community mental health. I understand the inequity. Doesn't change her fear of being hurt if speaks up.

Each person is an individual. It's about real life and real people. Can't be explained as assholes exist. So do battered and killed women!
