Some men go out of their way to try and correct women in the name of equality.

What's wrong with being corrected? Personally, I tend to appreciate when someone tries to point out an error. Even if I was actually right.

Wanting to correct someone means you care about them and about what they think.

Nobody with an interest in the truth should be worried about people trying to correct them. Even if those people are men!
