Judges need to believe in the law primarily when they are at work. Is there reason to think she'd put her faith above this?
I come from a position of absolutely no knowledge of either person or precedent for this kind of thing.

Feinstein is disgusting. I'm not religious, but what she's trying to do infuriates me. Like Levi said, everyone believes something.

Her old paper said that if a Christian judge's religious values prevented him/her from being impartial, he or she should recuse themselves.
