I am absolutely fine in giving women the final say over their pregnancies, but IMO this can only be fair if the man has the opportunity...
I don't know what the solution is. Either way it isn't fair. But you can't compare situations where fetus lives with one where it dies.

If the mother's only reason for bringing the pregnancy to term is the expectation of alimony payments from an unwilling father, it's...
-
.. probably best for all parties involved if that pregnancy is terminated.
-
The problem is that women don't do it necessarily for Allimony, they do it because they want to have a baby despite her partners' choice
-
Welfare exists. If she wants to make irresponsible decisions, there's no need for the state to coerce unwilling fathers to subsidise it.

Yeah, the problem is they are forcing him to be a father. Is the woman gets to have an abortion against his will... he should be allowed to
-
ask him to have an abortion. Do you think cases like this are fair for the man? http://dai.ly/x4283vc

I would argue that spermjacking and other such underhanded tricks are rare, certainly not the norm. Still, obviously a guy should...
-
.. not be forced to become an indentured servant just because he got duped or raped.
