Yes both parents have responsability, and both should have the power to decide whether to continue the pregnancy or not, not only the woman
-
-
Still what if a man has a pregnant girlfriend. He has an accident and becomes sterile, she suddenly decides to have an abortion
-
knowing that he will never get the chance to be a parent again...does she have the right to deny him the right to be a parent?
-
It's not a right to be a parent. And in this scenario the accident is at fault and not the woman.
-
She would be at fault because she decided to have an abortion knowing he couldn't get anyone pregnant ever again
-
No. She didn't cause his sterilisation. It would be something she should consider strongly, but it's her body/decision. Distasteful or not.

Yes it does, which is why I already conceded all the choice in this matter to the woman: her body, her choice. But if it is her choice,...
-
She doesn't have the choice. She has to either abort or carry to term & have it adopted. She can't sign paper & make it go away.
-
And so what? She had the choice to have sex or not... isn't that enough for you? She could use contraception... in this day and age you only
-
get pregnant if you want
