You brought up unconsensual pregnancy with men as the victims! I simply said that could work both ways! We were talking about the principle!
Aborting kills the fetus. Signing away parental responsibilities doesn't. You know it lives and is cared for.

How is signing away paternal responsibilities not exactly analogous to adoption? Abortion is just an additional option on top.
-
Pregnancy and labour happens in the woman's case and not in the man's.
-
Still what if a man has a pregnant girlfriend. He has an accident and becomes sterile, she suddenly decides to have an abortion
-
knowing that he will never get the chance to be a parent again...does she have the right to deny him the right to be a parent?
-
It's not a right to be a parent. And in this scenario the accident is at fault and not the woman.
-
She would be at fault because she decided to have an abortion knowing he couldn't get anyone pregnant ever again
-
No. She didn't cause his sterilisation. It would be something she should consider strongly, but it's her body/decision. Distasteful or not.

You can be pro-life & sign away paternal responsibilities quite compatibly. Pregnancy &labour &adoption also not comparable to signing paper
