We can certainly say there are subjective perceptions of truth. Then we can compare them with evidence & assess how probable they are.

There is no problem when they do this. If they say, for example, that many ppl perceive no gender differences but they do actually exist.

Evolution is true. It is unlikely to ever be disproven. And yet we must still consider it provisionally true & remain open to it being wrong
