Actually intersectionality has involved into an identity such as I'm not black and a woman but I'm a black woman as a whole self.

Intersectionality is not the only approach to gender and racial equality. Universal liberalism is much more popular.

No, you can choose to apply Crenshaw's approach to it or not. Most WoC don't. They're less likely to support LGBT rights, for example.
