      Yes, kids can internalise modesty ideas and feel they should comply with them even before they understand what sexuality is.

          Gender-specific modesty codes which sexualise little girls are one thing that are innappropriate for schools, yes.

          I don't care whether its supported/required by Islam or not. Girls can decide whether to be Muslim or subscribe to modesty codes when older.
