Mine is that highly-analytical, low-socially-skilled people are less drawn to ideology than average whether religious or political.

Actually, maybe not on average, but there's a subset for whom a complete ideology as an identity is very appealing.

Are people with low-social skills identitarians tho? I find them less likely to be. But I know ISIS drew a lot of British engineers.
