This is like the argument that Saudi women who want to drive shouldn't coz it disadvantages the women who'd prefer to be driven. Tough.
It isn't an intersectional argument. Also not very common. That zeitgeist has passed. Women working is mainstream now.

It is. Being a stay at home mom also is. But some don't like it and are trying to make it socially inadequate, even today.

If you want a good lifestyle, yes. We cld live on my husband's income as fork-lift driver but wld have to move out of London ...
