This 'memo' was posted in an appropriate place. No-one else was fired for talking abt diversity in a group for talking about diversity.

Really alarming the number of people who have said - 'It's OK to have those views. He shouldn't have talked about them.'

Or suggested a group wasn't the place. He should have emailed a manager privately & left that group for those with orthodox views.
