And that way you wouldn't upset the people you work with in the team, and wor would still flow smoothly but you can get your concerns heard

Being in tech is very hard and from what I've seen for most companies is they won't hire you if you don't do well in the interview process

Really? People who read the memo are actually upset that people who don't like tech don't do well in it & not anything the memo said?
