They've got access to them and so have men. Of course, no-one is pushing for more access to undesirable roles. What does this tell us?

Should they not go for access to roles of power? I'm not sure why it's surprising or suspicious women want access to high prestige roles.

I don't think so. Movements do seek to promote the interests of their target group. This isn't a secret. Nor is it inherently unreasonable.

Whether a movement is addressing women's issues or men's or LGBTs or atheists or racial minorities, it's reasonable to focus on those issues
