One employee claimed it said women were "inferior." I'd like to see the original to know if that's the case or if that's embellishment.

After reading it, the document never said that. It did correctly point out "our culture of shaming and misrepresentation," though.

I scanned it too and didn't see anything awful. Tho it did seem to accept racial IQ differences & I understand the jury to be out on that.

It is. Didn't claim women were inferior, though. Plenty of pro-feminist and pro-female positions in there. Google is borked.
