Maybe. Complications happen. A trans person may also be temporarily debilitated by treatments if they have them but then be deployable again

I don't know enough about the effects of it to say that. I couldn't take the pill personally but most women are fine.

This doesn't seem to be the issue tho. It doesn't say 'No trans people taking hormones which can't be easily conveyed on long deployments'

If they can't easily be carried, that could be a reasonable argument not to take anyone on any kind of medication.

It wouldn't be a reason to say 'No trans people' as many don't take medication & many cis people do.
