So might someone who's pregnant. Don't reject all women just because that's quite likely to happen at some point.
If they can't easily be carried, that could be a reasonable argument not to take anyone on any kind of medication.

Then its not a trans issue. But I'd be amazed if they didn't take women on the pill. It makes life much easier.
