So you can't visit your dying mother in hospital if you wear the niqab?

So everyone's got to wear a niqab if they want to see their dying mother? (I can do that too)

No, its not. Try to address what people are actually saying.

Where did i say everyone should have to wear a Niqab? Personally I don't like it but being a (real) liberal I don't care to dictate dress.

I also don't like to dictate dress. Minimum limits. No nudity in schools. No blanking out faces in schools seems reasonable.

I agree about schools, especially for staff. I thought you mentioned hospitals, if I misread then I apologise

I did not. I think institutions need to evaluate their communities & make decisions which are both realistic & ethical.

Hospitals could have the same -no nudity, no blanking out faces - rule, particularly on children's wards but exceptions will exist.

Staff yes, visitors not (it's a tiny problem so why make it an issue?)

Obviously, we'll have to disagree on that. Its only being made a huge issue coz someone is suing.
