The two issues here are security and manners.
I did not. I think institutions need to evaluate their communities & make decisions which are both realistic & ethical.

Hospitals could have the same -no nudity, no blanking out faces - rule, particularly on children's wards but exceptions will exist.

Staff yes, visitors not (it's a tiny problem so why make it an issue?)

Obviously, we'll have to disagree on that. Its only being made a huge issue coz someone is suing.
