No. There is no justification for saying girls can show their knees but boys can't & that is not the issue.

I have argued the opposite of this many times. I said schools had the right to have some minimum standards & what I thought were reasonable.

It's hard enough to connect to students. Even harder when you can't tell if they're asleep or not.

It wasn't the student. It was a mother. She was asked to remove her veil to come onto the premises & is now suing.
