Yes, there needs to be some justification for being able to identify people & for social reasons for requiring faces to be seen.

Not necessarily, no. In a state of emergency maybe but I don't think we're there.

How do you think the judge will rule on this? Judge will have to rule discrimination because the country is not in a state of emergency.

No, its perfectly accepted to not have face veils in schools, banks, courts, even shopping centres.

So the European Court of Justice has already a banned full face veils in public places earlier this year. It had to agree with France
