No, because we know they're not. Gender is more subjective & the science on transgenderism is currently inconclusive.

Not delusional. They don't believe they have been born as opposite sex. They feel it defines them better & recognise selves as trans.

I don't think trans people need to stop identifying as the gender they feel to make your dating choices easier tho.
