No, because we know they're not. Gender is more subjective & the science on transgenderism is currently inconclusive.
They convey what gender the person feels they are. You don't have to find it useful if you really want to know what genitals they have.

OK, but in the same way people can't be forced to use preferred pronouns, trans people can't be forced to identify by genitals either.

I oppose demanding. People can ask you to use their pronouns. You can refuse. Transgenderism is not established as mental illness.

No. It falls into that category simply for assessment but treatment is to change the body to comply with the mind rather than mind with body

Because its accepted that the body is wrong, not the mind. The transgender brain is supportive of this.

Tried to write a thing about this with a geneticist but the science is messy. Something biological is going on that makes ppl gay & trans.
