I wouldn't. I'd say they thought they were trans (if they did) but found that they weren't.
Even if no-1 at all was trans in a way that could be detected in their brains etc,a considerable number of people feel right as opposite sex

I don't see any necessity to care about how this cld be measured as correct or incorrect. It falls under 'makes them happy, doesn't harm me'

Really? This responds to dopamine inhibitors. Trans identity does not. Coz not believing selves to be someone else. Feeling different sex.

Not delusional. They don't believe they have been born as opposite sex. They feel it defines them better & recognise selves as trans.
