People don't mean 'Someone who transitions' by transgender. They mean someone who feels a different sex to their biological body.

I wouldn't. I'd say they thought they were trans (if they did) but found that they weren't.

If someone says they are trans, I will go with this. If they find they just had a dysphoria which has resolved on side of being cis, fine
