I had a vivid dream that I absent-mindedly petrol-bombed a shop & was then horrified that it burnt down & that I didn't realise it would.

I get 'accidentally hurting people' dreams from time to time. It obviously indicates a fear of doing that.

'Harm OCD' is a weird thing. I suffered from it once but not to the same extent as religious OCD.https://ocdla.com/harm-ocd-1-1982

Seems to relate to a common fear of losing control of your own mind & doing something awful that underlies possession & mind-control ideas.

We humans seem to be terrified by our own minds & those of other people's. They are our most dangerous weapon, to be fair.

This is why PoMos who claim no-1 else realises that ideas have power are nuts. We've always realised that. Just varied on what to do abt it

Mostly its been banning the expression of certain ones and then it was bringing them all into the open & taking them apart.

I still go with the latter so its frustrating to keep being told this can only be because I don't realise how powerful ideas can be.

Had a very vivid dream of me killing people & burying the bodies. Only got upset in the dream when I thought I was going to get caught 😳

And spent weeks wondering what this says about you? Our dream selves can be really freaky.
