It is not that cultural bias & preconceptions can be easily cast aside to find objective truth which can then be accepted unprovisionally.

Then it becomes impossible to progress in knowledge at all. We just exist in a soup of contradictory narratives & personal truths.

The only reason this seems attractive to some is because of the advantages already brought to us by seeking objective knowledge & using it.

The luxury of sitting around opining abt the cultural constructedness of reality is brought to us by not dying of smallpox or in childbirth.
