We would have to accept that different institutions 'privilege' & 'marginalise' different groups. Business &sociology might work differently

The problem is that it's not overt or covert but done subconsciously. Which is why you need to deconstruct yourself.

Once you have deconstructed yourself you are able to see what you subconsciously did. Then you can stop it and things will be fine.
