If we look at systemic marginalisation, we do need to look at it through a variety of systems.

And I think this shows that systematic advantages & disadvantages do exist but are not consistently weighted on one side as often assumed.

In the case of gender. There are certainly widescale societal advantages to being a woman. Not so sure there are to being black, Asian etc

The problem is that it's not overt or covert but done subconsciously. Which is why you need to deconstruct yourself.

Once you have deconstructed yourself you are able to see what you subconsciously did. Then you can stop it and things will be fine.
