Bluntness in the sense of blurting out the truth, rather than dancing around it. It's a dangerous habit.

It just takes a little getting used to coz your overall persona is kind. Bluntness feels incongruous. But it isn't really.

Well, the blunt personality trait is very common in physics. Some people are just oblivious, but it can be noxious.
