I went into it indirectly coz I was good at staying patient & not taking it personally. Got given more & more ppl with challenging behaviour

I think there is a change in expectations of what people *can* deal with & how harmful abuse is. I don't think it needs to be at all.

Its still a small sample. Maybe more agencies are continuing to deal with this professionally & provide care for brain damaged people.
